How do I sign up or create an account?
Download The Ryan Koral App from the App Store or Google Play, open it, and tap Create Account. You’ll need an email address and a password. Once you’re in, you’ll be guided to the workshops and community spaces available to you.
I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
First, double-check that you’re using the email address you signed up with. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password? on the login screen and we’ll email you a reset link. If you’re still locked out after that, email support@ryankoral.com and we’ll get you back in.
How do I access workshops?
Workshops live in the Workshops tab inside the app. If you have access to a workshop and you don’t see it, log out and back in to refresh your account. Still missing? Email support and we’ll check on the back end.
I found a bug or something isn’t working. How do I report it?
Email support@ryankoral.com with as much detail as you can — what device you’re on, what you were doing when it broke, and a screenshot if possible. The more we know, the faster we can fix it.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can request account and data deletion at any time by emailing support@ryankoral.com from the email address on your account. We’ll confirm the request, delete your data within 30 days, and email you when it’s done.
What devices does the app support?
The app runs on iOS 15+ and Android 9+. We test on the most recent two major versions of each platform. If you’re on something older and running into issues, email support and let us know what you’re on.
How do I manage push notifications?
You can turn push notifications on or off at any time in your device settings — look for The Ryan Koral App under Notifications on iOS or Android.
