Studio Sherpas, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), which operates ryankoral.com and The Ryan Koral App, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of ryankoral.com and The Ryan Koral App (collectively, the “Services”), including any content, functionality, and services made available on or through the Services, whether as a guest or a registered user.
When accessing the Services, the Company will learn certain information about you, both automatically and through voluntary actions you may take. This policy applies to information we collect on the Services and in email, text, or other electronic messages between you and the Services.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before you start to use the Services. By using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Services.
Children Under the Age of 13
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on these Services or through any of their features, register on the Services, use any of the interactive or public comment features, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use.

Information We Collect About You
Information You Provide to Us. The Services provide various places for users to provide information. We collect information that users provide by filling out forms on the Services, communicating with us via contact forms, responding to surveys, entering search queries, providing comments or other feedback, and creating an account in The Ryan Koral App.
We use the information you provide to us to deliver the requested services, to improve our overall performance, and to provide you with information you have requested.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technology. As you navigate through our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies, including Google Analytics and standard mobile analytics SDKs, to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This will generally include information about your location, your traffic pattern through our Services, and any communications between your device and our Services. Among other things, we will collect data about the type of device you use, your Internet connection, your IP address, your operating system, and your browser type.
The information we collect automatically is used for statistical purposes and will not include personal information. We use this data to improve our Services. To the extent that you voluntarily provide personal information to us, our systems will associate the automatically collected information with your personal information.
Information We Collect Through The Ryan Koral App
When you download and use The Ryan Koral App, we may collect additional information specific to mobile use, including:
- Device Information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and crash logs to help us diagnose and fix issues.
- Account Information: the email address, password (stored securely and never in plain text), name, and profile details you provide when creating an account.
- Push Notification Tokens: if you opt in to push notifications, we collect a device-specific token so we can deliver workshop updates, community messages, and other notifications you have requested. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
- Community Activity: posts, comments, replies, reactions, and other content you contribute to community spaces inside the app.
- Workshop Engagement: records of workshops you have accessed, progress through content, and resources downloaded — used to give you a better experience and to help us improve our workshops.
The Ryan Koral App may request optional permissions on your device — for example, access to your camera or photo library to upload a profile picture, or microphone access for live community events. You can grant or deny these permissions in your device settings, and denying them will only limit the specific features that depend on them.
Use of Cookies and Pixels
Similar to other websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, and the websites visited just before and just after our own, as well as your IP address.
A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.
The Company reserves the right to use technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels, in compliance with the policies of the various social media sites.
Third-Party Cookies and SDKs
Some content or applications on the Services are served by third parties, including content providers, application providers, and analytics or crash-reporting SDKs embedded in The Ryan Koral App. These third parties may use cookies, mobile identifiers, or web beacons alone or in conjunction with other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Services. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about third-party content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
Email Information
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, by mail, and by telephone.
Email Policies
We are committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not share our mailing lists with third parties, and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the section titled Disclosure of Your Information.
We will maintain the information you send via email in accordance with applicable federal law. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all emails sent from our organization will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender.
If you opt in to receive our email newsletter, you may opt out at any time. Every email we send includes an opt-out link at the bottom. If you ever have trouble opting out, you can send an email to support@ryankoral.com requesting to be removed from future emails. If you are in the European Union, we will only enroll you in our email newsletter if you affirmatively consent to it.
SMS and Text Message Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we may send you SMS messages related to the programs, events, and services you have requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information or consent to any third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information collected through an SMS opt-in is used only to deliver the messages you asked for and is not disclosed, sold, shared, or otherwise transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party except subcontractors and service providers that help us operate the messaging program, such as our SMS platform provider, and those parties are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How and Why We Collect Information
The Company collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you register to download a resource, sign up for our newsletter, or create an account in The Ryan Koral App, we collect your information. We use this information to track your preferences and to keep you informed about the services you have selected to receive. As a visitor to these Services, you can engage in most activities without providing any personal information. It is only when you seek to download resources, register, or use account-based features of the app that you are required to provide information.
How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?
We use personal information for purposes of presenting our Services and their contents to you, providing you with information you have requested, carrying out any agreement between you and the Company, administering our business activities, providing customer service, and improving the Services for our users.

How Do We Protect Your Information and Secure Information Transmissions?
We employ commercially reasonable methods to ensure the security of the information you provide to us and the information we collect automatically. This includes using standard security protocols and working only with reputable third-party vendors.
Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. Some of the information you may enter on our Services may be transmitted securely via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Sensitive information is never transmitted via email.
The Company may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our Services, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas. For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, the Company uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@ryankoral.com from the email address on your account. We will confirm the request, delete your data within 30 days, and email you when the deletion is complete. Some information may be retained as required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or in anonymized or aggregated form that no longer identifies you.
Policy Changes
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Services. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.

We require only the information that is reasonably required to enter into an agreement with you. We will not require you to provide consent for any unnecessary processing as a condition of entering into an agreement with us.
