Build something that matters.
Then have the courage to show up for it.

I help founders and experts turn their story into a brand people believe in.

RK Logo Hey - I'm Ryan. So fun to meet you!

You've built something real. You have expertise, clients, and results.

But if someone Googled you right now… would they find the person you actually are?

Most founders and experts are the best-kept secret in their industry. They know they should be creating content, getting on camera, building a personal brand. But they keep putting it off — because they don't know what to say, they're afraid of looking inauthentic, or they're doing it completely alone.

If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

How I Help

1

Find Your Story

Know what makes you worth paying attention to. Your story is the thing no one else can copy — and it's the foundation of everything.

2

Build Your System

Show up consistently as the real you. Not posting randomly and hoping — actually having a plan, a rhythm, and tools that make your brand and your business sustainable.

3

Find Your People

Connect with an audience and community that gets it. Because the best brands aren't built alone — they're built alongside people who believe in the same things you do.

What I've Built

Over the last 20+ years, I've had the privilege of building a few meaningful things:

  • A 7-figure, story-driven video studio
  • Award-winning documentary and brand films
  • A weekly podcast with over 1 million downloads
  • A global community of filmmakers and creative entrepreneurs
  • Digital courses and programs that have generated over $3M in revenue
  • Helped clients build email audiences totaling over 100,000 subscribers

I don't share this to impress you.

I share it because I've been in the trenches — building, failing, learning, and building again — and I know what it takes to turn ideas into something real.

Something New Is Coming

I'm writing a book about the one thing AI can't replace: your story.

In a world flooding with polished, machine-generated content, the entrepreneurs who win will be the ones brave enough to show up as themselves. It's coming later in 2026.

Why I do this

I grew up in a small town in southeast Michigan with a lot of curiosity and a lot of big questions about who I was supposed to become.

Over time, that turned into a life of building things — a video studio, a creative community, a podcast, a body of work — and getting to work with people all over the world who were brave enough to share their stories.

But the deeper I go, the clearer one thing becomes:

People matter.
Every story matters.
Every voice matters.

My faith is a big part of why I believe that — not in a loud way, but in a grounding one. It taught me that everyone has dignity, purpose, and something worth sharing.

That's why I care so much about helping people step into their voice, lead with honesty, and build something meaningful — in business, in family, and in the world.

If you feel that pull too...
you're not alone.

A story that says everything

This is one of my favorite things I've ever made — a moment with my son when he was five, learning to ride a bike... and me realizing that at some point, I'd have to let go.

It kind of sums up how I see the world.
